Description
Experience the emotion of driving an ATV or Polaris vehicle through jungle trails. Enjoy pleasant walks immersed in a protected natural area to explore caves, fly above vegetation with zip lines, discover archaeological vestiges, learn about the lifestyle of the first inhabitants and swim in a beautiful cenote with crystal clear water.
Go through jungle paths for an hour and a half enjoying the natural beauty of the park. Feel the adrenaline going through a spectacular suspension bridge over a cenote, then visit the Casa de los Sueños – Fun trails will take you to the Casa de los sueños (house of dreams). Visit the garden and ranch to learn about the lifestyle of the first settlers of Playa del Carmen. After that, browse winding gaps up to Mayan ruins, authentic vestiges. As you walk through the jungle, you will encounter and participate in a Mayan ceremony that a shaman will perform with copal incense. Keep walking until you reach a magnificent cave, the Cenote Ixhel. Learn about geological formations, sinkholes, stalagmites and stalactites. From there, fly above the jungle with three zip lines. After a short hike you will find another cenote called Media Luna, swim in the crystal clear waters of this amazing natural pond. The excursion ends with a traditional snack – enjoy a delicious (mayan style) chicken burrito, corn snacks and flavored water.
Important Notes
Restrictions: Suitable for ages 6 and up. To drive you must be 14 or older and show a valid ID. The maximum permitted weight is 264 pounds or 120 Kg. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by one paying adult. Not permitted during pregnancy.
Recommendations: We recommend to bring your bathing suit on, confortable shoes (no flip flops), change of clothes, biodegradable sunscreen and extra cash or credit card for souvenirs and photographs.
Additional notes: Lockers require a $5.00 USD deposit ($3.00 USD will be returned when the locker key is turned in).
